1. No Refunds

At AvviTrack, all sales and subscription fees are final. We do not offer refunds for any paid plans (monthly or annual), partial months of service, or unused time.

2. Free Version Availability

We strongly encourage all prospective users to utilize our completely free "Lite" tier before making any commitments or upgrading to our paid plans. The free version allows you to thoroughly try the core features of our system to ensure it meets your agency's requirements prior to purchase.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. If you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After your cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations.
